How does Coaching work?
Coaching is goal and action oriented. A coach has unshakable faith in the power
of her/his client’s resources and in their intention to actualize their goals. They
believe that clients have the freedom and capability to choose their course of
action as they act on their lives rather than react to it.
The general steps in the coaching process are:
1. Initial assessment of personality, strengths and areas of development
2. Identifying a clear vision of what you would like to achieve
3. Developing a precise roadmap toward achieving your goals
4. Responsibility and accountability through action
